Luxury four star farm holiday cottages set in the heart of the South Lincolnshire Fens, yet only ten minutes drive from Spalding, and under half an hour's drive from the cathedral city of Peterborough.

Dating back to the mid eighteen hundreds, the cottages were the former cart horse stables, and have been recently converted to holiday cottages of an extremely high standard. Situated in the heart of the Fens, overlooking the farm house gardens, grounds and paddocks, Stennetts Farm Cottages offer you complete peace and tranquillity yet are only a ten minute drive from Springfield's Festival Gardens and Outlet Shopping Complex and the historic market town of Spalding.

The Cottages have been completed to a very high standard and both include full sized dishwashers, washer/dryers, flat screen TVs and DVD players complete with free view channels. The one double bedroom Chaff House which also has the benefit of a double sofa bed in the lounge area, has its own patio and lawn area with fantastic views over the paddocks and farm lane beyond. The two double bedroom Copper House with the Nook has a large private block paved patio and gravel courtyard beyond. Both bedrooms in the Copper House with the Nook have flat screened TVs/DVD players complete with free view channels and their own luxury shower rooms. Bed and breakfast services can be offered at short notice in any of the cottages, at very competitive rates, subject to availability.

There are a good selection of country inns, serving restaurants and bar meals within two miles of the cottages, one with an award winning restaurant, and there is a village shop, post office and family butchers in the neighbouring village. Within walking distance of the farm is a neighbouring farm shop selling home grown fruit and vegetables when in season, home reared chicken, lamb and pork, free range eggs and homemade preserves.

There are miles of quiet lanes adjacent to the farm for walking and cycling, and the Main and Little Holland Waterways are both within walking distance of the farm. It is possible to walk from the farm along public footpaths and bridleways all the way to the Peter Scott Lighthouse at Sutton Bridge, where the River Nene meets the sea, and you would probably not see a soul....
