Here is a list of some of the best cycle routes that Lincolnshire has to offer!

Stamford to Market Deeping | 8 Miles

Begin this easy cycle route at Stamford and head towards Uffington, followed by a nice ride to Tallington and West Deeping, finally finish at Market Deeping where you will find a bike shop at the end. This route doesn't have many climbs or decents with two hills going out of Stamford and flat the rest of the way.

Ancholme Valley Circular | 10 Miles

This short 10 mile cycle route is perfect for a nice countryside getaway. Start in the lovely town of Brigg and head through Wrawby, turn right and follow Ketterby Lane down to the bottom, over the railway and turn left at the main road. Head towards Howsham and turn right to Cadney, perhaps even take a break and soak in the peaceful countryside. Finally head back up to Brigg to finish your route.

Lincoln to Market Rasen | 18 Miles

Cycle along the beautiful 18 mile route between Lincoln and Market Rasen making for a pleasant afternoon in the lovely countryside. Begin at the stunning Lincoln Cathedral and venture past the impressive Riseholme Hall and Gardens, which we recommend you look out for!

Market Rasen to Grimsby/Cleethorpes | 20 Miles

Begin at the train station in Market Rasen and cycle through the breathtaking Lincolnshire Wolds, reknown for it's beauty. Take a break at the Church at Walesby and finish your route with a nice cold beverage at either Grimsby or Cleethorpes, the coast is the perfect destination to finish your cycle.

Tattershall and Woodhall Spa Circle | 20 Miles

This lovely cycle route starts at Woodhall Spa and takes you through the beauty of Tattershall, explore and become mesmerized by Tattershall Castle. Take a break in Woodhall Spa and stop of for a unique experience at the Kinema In The Woods. This is a cycle route packed with stunning scenery and a range of fantastic activities.

Lincoln to Newark | 24 Miles

Starting outside Lincoln Castle, the route takes you through Skellingthorpe woods on off road tracks, followed by a lovely stretch along the Fossdyke canal. Be sure to take a detour and stop off at Doddington Hall or perhaps indulge in the well-known Daisy Made ice-cream.
