    Spilsby

    Pleasure to see you!

Years of traditional hospitality make this a friendly place for visitors. In the shops you will be served by friendly people who are proud of their produce.

Spilsby has a long market tradition.  For more than 700 years, busy farmers, growers and producers have headed for the town carrying a huge variety of fresh local vegetables, succulent meats or flavoursome cheeses which are sold in the bustling market place under the bronze statue of Spilsby's famous son, explorer Sir John Franklin.

It’s not just the market though; shops, too are well stocked with fine foods, and often run by the same family for many years, offering a traditional service and welcome almost lost in other places.

Take a leisurely meal and reflect on quality food, carefully prepared, proudly served.
