Skegness is a truly great place to stay and offers everything you could want – and it’s real value for money too. The beautiful, award-winning sandy beach stretches for miles - the perfect haven for all the family.
You’ll find that there is so much to do that it’s difficult to know where to start. The seal sanctuary and animal centre, museums, kids' adventure centres, crazy golf, ten-pin bowling, laser quest, fun fairs, and shopping, not to mention the beautifully landscaped foreshore, Compass Gardens and the colourful Tower Gardens, which hosts a variety of events throughout the year. There are clubs, pubs, and restaurants, cafes and kiosks, something to suit all tastes.
The nightlife is fantastic too. The illuminations begin in July and continue well into November lighting up the whole of the resort, and then there's Carnival Time in August. Music, discos, sequence dancing, the music hall and the wonderful shows at the fabulous Embassy Theatre including top name stars such as Gerry Marsden, the Chuckle Brothers, Cannon and Ball, Ken Dodd, David Essex, Dave Berry, Brian Poole, Roy Chubby Brown, The Good Old Days, etc – family entertainment at its best!
