Road

Lincolnshire is less than two hours by road from London.

Motorways and dual carriageways are few and far between in Lincolnshire, but getting around the county is easy enough. There is a good road network and traffic is relatively light. Use a map, there is often more than one way of getting somewhere. Do what the locals do - go one way and come back another!

Motorway Link: A1, M1 north-south M62, 180 east-west.

Major Roads:
A15 Humber Bridge – Peterborough
A16 Grimsby – Stamford
A17 Newark – Kings Lynn
A46 Leicester – Grimsby
A52 Midlands – Lincolnshire Coast
