A family friendly 3 star bed & breakfast, converted and established in 2004. We are situated in a quiet location with private parking for all types of vehicles. Motorcycles and cycles can be secured in an alarmed garage and drying facilities are available.

We are within walking distance of Boston town centre with many fine restaurants. The train and coach stations are a 10 minute walk, as are the badminton, cricket, hockey, all weather football, rowing, tennis, squash and county Pool Clubs. The adjacent North forty foot river bank is excellent for fishing. There is a 24 hr Asda supermarket, newspapers at the co-op store. By cycle 5 mins from the national cycle routes and athletic stadium. We have many walks available through the woodlands trust parks.

We offer all guests access to full kitchen, for those who would like a self-catering option, or just to do their own meal. A pre-booked packed lunch is available at a small charge.

Our rooms have radio alarms, tea and coffee, digital TV, central heating, towels and linen included. Quiet secured rear garden.
