Skegness Coast

Lincolnshire is blessed with some of the best beaches in the country and on our 50-miles of coastline you will find some of the best golf courses nestled alongside traditional seaside resorts offering holidays for all the family. From the majestic links courses at Seacroft and Sandilands to the combined test of North Shore’s links and parkland course, to the challenge at Addlethorpe and Southview Park you can certainly enjoy some of the best golf the county has to offer.

Alongside the golf however you will find the thriving resorts of Skegness, Mablethorpe and Ingoldmells. With the bright lights and family fun in each of our seaside towns you will never be short of things to do for the whole family – from the thrills and spills of the Fantasy Island theme park and the original holiday camp at Butlins to the simple pleasures of building sandcastles and donkey rides on the beach, the Lincolnshire Coast has it all.

If you prefer a slightly quieter pace of life then head to Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards. Here you will find perfect relaxation in our traditional beach huts - while away the hours with walks along the prom and at Mablethorpe where you can experience the unique sand train – make sure to keep your feet in when it goes through the sea.

Feel the sea air fill your lungs and get closer to nature at one of our coastal reserves. See a huge variety of wildlife in its natural habitat at Gibraltar Point or head to our two seal sanctuaries – Natureland in Skegness or the Mablethorpe Seal Sanctuary – both rescue and rehabilitate numerous orphaned and injured seals every year.

No matter what time of year you visit you are sure to find plenty of good old fashioned family fun – make sure you try our fish and chips – a trip to the seaside wouldn’t be complete without it!
