The Lincolnshire Fun Coast...plenty of thrills & spills to enjoy!
Pack your buckets and spades and head out to the great British seaside! A coastal holiday is a great way to spend time together as a family, without huge expense, travelling hassle or concerns over your carbon footprint.
Traditional breaks and family outings are amply catered for in Lincolnshire’s Coast – Skegness, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea have all met Blue Flag standards for cleanliness this year and have been ranked amongst the best beaches in the world, so you can be sure of a child-friendly environment.
For a summer of fun why not visit Cleethorpes with four and a half miles of clean, golden and Quality Coast Award winning beaches.

Enjoy the simple pleasures of sea air, fish and chips eaten straight from the paper and building sandcastles. For a base nearby, hire a brightly coloured beach chalet for the day.
Many parents dread the phrase ‘I’m bored!’ – if you tire of paddling, there’s a wide range of alternative activities.
Skegness has the famous pier, the nearby rides of Fantasy Island in Ingoldmells and the fantastic Natureland with its seal sanctuary and indoor butterfly conservatory. Mablethorpe offers a Seal Sanctuary, fairground, indoor bowls, ‘Cheeky Monkeys’ adventure playground and much more.
The original Butlins is just up the coast in Ingoldmells. While there’s loads to occupy the little ones, older ones can take time out in its spa, complete with steam room, hydrotherapy, sauna and swimming pool.
If you fancy a short trip inland you could head to Batemans Brewery - with a visitors centre, outdoor play area and onsite cafe this is a great day out for the whole family.
