Spring has sprung, the countryside is bursting into life, and Doddington’s wildlands are full of noise and colour! Join local wildlife expert Steve Lovell for a guided walk, you’ll head off the public tracks and discover the incredible wealth of biodiversity living at Wilder Doddington. With over 2000 species identified there since the combine harvester drove away in 2021, there is always something to see, so bring your camera and be ready to marvel!
Distance: You will be walking at a relaxed pace, over sometimes uneven ground for 2-4 km.
Your Guide: Steve Lovell has been hooked on nature all his life, from childhood fishing sessions, cycle rides to owning his first pair of binoculars. Steve is now a well-known and respected wildlife expert and has been leading groups on guided birdwatching and nature tours for many years.
