Start the day with uplifting dance moving freely by the sea energising our body and soul!
Connecting to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance. Free your body and soul, let go of your mind.
Dance CIC will be dancing on the beaches at Anderby Creek and Chapel St Leonards on alternating Fridays!
They start with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps drop into body, followed by approx 1 hour 15 min music journey which is a wave of different rhythms for free movement. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel.
Wear comfy clothes in layers and bring water.
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance like no-one is watching!
