An uplifting afternoon dance moving freely to music using silent disco headsets. A warm and welcoming space to dance like no-one is watching!
1 hour music journey from a mix of genres to uplift, energise and have fun. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel.
For adults, including seniors, and children. For all abilities, no experience necessary!
