An uplifting morning moving freely by the sea energising the body and soul!
It starts with a welcoming and a few guidelines on dancing free in the body. There's then a facilitated guided movement mediation over gentle music for 5-10 minutes which helps you drop into body, followed by a one hour journey of ambient, euphoric and soulful music from a mix of genres. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel.
It’s a very warm, fun and welcoming space to let go and be free to dance YOU.
For adults of all abilities including seniors. No experience necessary.
