The session begins with a warm welcome and some guidelines for uninhibited, free-flowing movement. Following that, you will embark on a guided movement meditation set to gentle music, lasting 5-10 minutes, facilitating a deep connection to the body. The main event is a 1 hour and 15-minute music journey, featuring a diverse range of rhythms for unrestricted movement. Whether you choose to dance vigorously or sway gently, the choice is entirely yours.
