Full Day Silk Painting Workshop with Helen Scoley

Come and try your hand at silk painting at Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre with artist, Helen Scoley.

Such a fun workshop with mesmerizing effects, vibrant paints and sometimes rather unexpected results!

During this workshop you will:

Experiment with silk paints and learn how to create different effects;

-learn how to create resist outlines;

-learn how to prepare your silk items for painting;

-paint some greeting cards;

-paint a silk square and create an origami gift box;

All materials will be provided for you to complete lots of lovely items to take home. Aprons for your use at the workshop will also be provided, though do bring your own if you prefer.
