Shoppers will be able to discover so much more at the markets in Gainsborough this year as we welcome the return of vegan, eco, and ethical traders.
West Lindsey District Council has embraced the return of the new sustainable living traders who have committed to attend the Saturday market, three times this year – following its introduction last year.
Rainbow Monkey Events, organisers of the Vegan Market are returning to Gainsborough, where small businesses will be able to share their vegan and eco-friendly products with the people of Gainsborough and beyond.
Organiser Sam Brundish from Rainbow Monkey Events said they were looking forward to trading in the town again this year. said: “We’re really excited to be coming back to Gainsborough. We know there’s a great interest in veganism in the area from the two markets we held there in 2023. We’re proud to be able to support small, independent businesses, and give them a platform to showcase their products.”
At the market, you’ll find fantastic food choices from the likes of: Sunshine Deli, hot food from Diu Spice House, sweet treats from Gem’s Vegan Delights, and eco personal care from IT’s Cruelty Free and zero waste homewares from Dash Vegan, along with ethical charities such as The Wildlife Trust and handcrafted art items from Angela Tubb Designs and Henry Wood Shares.
The organisers focus on bringing a good selection of gluten free food options as well as having a strong understanding of people with food intolerances. Rainbow Monkey Events’ aim is to bring vibrant vegan and ethical markets to a range of locations across the Midlands, with free entry for customers and affordable stall costs for traders.
