Skegness Medieval Tournament

Try on some real fighting armour, have a go with some real tournament weapons, try making a candle or some flour by hand, explore inside some medieval tents - you can even try out a knights' bed! (Don't worry though, he won't be in it at the time)

As well as combat, weapons and armour, you'll be able to try out some medieval games & toys, cringe at the surgeons' tools, get as close as you dare to our instruments of torture, learn how people kept clean (fancy trying a medieval shower?), see what they ate and drank, hear their stories and examine everyday objects from cups & spoons to books, clothes, lanterns, chairs, spectacles and much more.
