Our front cover image shows a mezze menu by Wolds based celebrity chef Rachel Green. Her recipes, which begin on page 6, are perfect for an al fresco grazing lunch or supper in the garden with a suitably chilled glass of wine – or tipple of your choice!
Turn to page 28 and we have a special feature on Louth – the Food Capital of the Lincolnshire Wolds. The town has an unrivalled number of independent food and drink businesses, making it a delight to wander and graze around. Louth Pie Day was postponed this spring but look out for a new date in the future. Until then, there is a Pork Pie recipe by Steven Bennett to satisfy your pie appetite.
