Enjoy the sights of 190,000 snowdrops, 45,000 crocus, winter irises, and a selection of other bulbs that have been planted to create a quarter-mile winter walk around Brightwater Gardens.
There are banks of willows, dogwoods and winter flowering shrubs, a grove of gleaming white Himalayan birch and pleached red-twigged limes to delight the visitor. During the day, visit the nearby St. Helen’s church attributed to Capability Brown, to discover his connections to the Lincolnshire countryside village.
Hot and cold drinks, savoury pastries, and cake are available to take away throughout your visit to walk among the Snowdrops at Brightwater Gardens. Undercover seating is also available in the Haybarn or outside under the gazebos.
The walking route is a mixture of hard paths and short mown grass paths. Warm clothing and waterproof footwear are recommended!
