Taking place during National Heart Month, it’s the perfect time to focus on healthier lifestyles and wellbeing.
Come along for:
• tips, offers and information from local sports clubs, gyms and lifestyle services
• free blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol testing in St Denys Church Hall
• free rock climbing, a football shoot-out and can have a go at other pop-up activities.
Visitors are also invited to join a co-op wellbeing walk, starting at Sleaford Market Place, at 10am, taking approximately 30-minutes.
