Sleaford Heritage Trail

Sleaford's audio-visual trail introduces you to characters from the town's past. Trail plaques contain QR codes and NFC tags that allow smartphone users to scan or tap to access a film of a character associated with each historic building. The Trail can be joined at any point where a Heritage Trail plaque is displayed. Allow an hour and a half to complete the trail, or just a few minute at an individual site.

The town of Sleaford has a rich history dating back to pre-Roman times. The trail encompasses sites and buildings from the middle ages through to the 1800s.. The Sleaford Heritage Trail was developed by local charities including Sleaford and District Civic Trust, Sleaford Little Theatre and the Sleaford Gallery Arts Trust.
