A monthly longer walk to explore Londonthorpe Woods, Bellmount and the surrounding area of Lincolnshire's rural countryside.
Join the guided hike with Belton for a fascinating day outdoors getting insights into the local history and the composition of the woodland.
Part of the Reconnecting Grantham project with the Woodland Trust, this is one of the longer walks around the countryside.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted on this walk. The route includes entering Belton's Deer Sanctuary, where the priority remains keeping the environment solely for the purpose of the deer and grazing sheep.
- Length: 12K.
- This guided hike will start from Londonthorpe Woods car park.
- Accessibility: This event is on unsurfaced and uneven ground meaning it is not wheelchair accessible.
