The Corn Exchange Theatre is located in Broad Street and is a brand new 400 seat theatre built within the shell of the original Corn Exchange Hall. The venue is available for seminars and corporate entertainment events for up to 400 people and hosts live music, comedy, theatrical productions and drama. The Corn Exchange is also Licensed for Civil Weddings and Partnerships etc.

The Theatre can accommodate up to 400 people in comfortable luxurious seating. The Auditorium is very tiered to give excellent views from all rows. There is a lift to all floors. The theatre offers full disabled facilities to Patrons and Performers.
The Corn Exchange Theatre Company holds a Certificate for Wedding Ceremonies, Civil Partnerships, renewal of Vows, naming ceremonies, Funerals and Memorial Services. Your special event can be held both in the theatre auditorium and the Theatre Lounge. The Theatre Lounge has a full bar offering draught Beer, Lager, Cider etc and a good selection of Wines and Champagne. This area is perfect for Parties/Conferences etc, we have additional meeting rooms for smaller events. The Theatre offers a diverse programme of entertainment from Professional to Amateur productions.
