70 vintage and classic cars will be tooting their way to the Castle Courtyard at Grimsthorpe for an afternoon display before heading to Stamford Meadows this August. Visit Grimsthorpe on Sunday 14th August for an afternoon display of beautiful vintage and classic vehicles, stopping off at the Medieval Castle on route along the Welland Valley Wander. The Welland Valley Wander is a scenic tour for vintage and classic cars, that raises funds for the Leicestershire and Rutland Hospice all while highlighting "hidden England" - finding new places for you to explore as they tour the East Midlands. Their journey starts at the beautiful Foxton Locks in neighbouring county Leicestershire, travels through Lincolnshire and Rutland before ending at The Meadows in Stamford. Included in the day ticket to Grimsthorpe Castle, you'll get the chance to be part of their journey and marvel at the pristine collection lined up in the Vanbrugh Courtyard.
