Ark Wildlife Park is home to over 250 animals, dinosaurs as well as indoor/outdoor and soft play areas. The animals at the Ark are all rescue animals.
The Ark is a zoo with a difference, the animals are all rescued from various places around Europe, mainly ex-pets. The animals that live here range from rabbits and small mammals, to reptiles, wildcats, raccoons, lemurs, goats and much much more.
There is an on site shop and cafe serving delicious home made food, including some fantastic cakes
Also at the Ark is an area devoted to prehistoric dinosaurs and plenty of play areas, there is also a stamp trail included and events throughout the year.

The ARK exotic animal sanctuary is a wildlife park with a difference - operating as a rescue sanctuary for exotic animals that is also open to the public like a traditional zoo. The ARK Wildlife Park hold a zoo license and have regular welfare checks. The vast majority of the residents are rescues from the European pet trade; the ARK has become a home to a wide variety of captivating animals, from exotic mammals and fearsome carnivores to stunning reptiles and some of your favourite farmyard friends.
