The year is 1544 and King Henry, the Eight of that name, is engaged upon Royal Progress about his Realm and has halted here to afford his Loyal Subject the opportunity to have 'audience' with their Soverign Lord and King. You are invited to becoming King Henry VIII's Loyal Subject and petition him or question him on ANY related subject during this interactive outdoor theatre performance, telling the tale of his wives, children and life in reign. Enjoy a pitch-perfect performance as a member of the fomidable Monarchs audience to question him on his sixth marriage, to Queen Catherine Parr, his health, his views, and much more, in the shadow of the impressive Lincolnshire castle. Food and drink will be available throughout your visit, and you are recommended to bring your own chair to sit in theatre style.
