Join the Knights of Skirbeck for their annual Medieval Tournament in Skegness this August Bank Holiday Weekend.
The Skegness Medieval Tournament promises an action-packed weekend filled with a variety of activities that cater to different interests. Whether you're looking to learn something new, witness surreal spectacles or simply have some fun, this event has got you covered!
Look forward to encountering knights, men-at-arms, a cook, and a physician, as well as other interesting characters. The living history camp, both inside and outside, provides a fascinating glimpse into the past, while the regular exhibits in The Village, such as the Victorian farmhouse, orchard, workshops, and vintage tractors, offer plenty of opportunities for exploration.
One of the highlights of the event is the unscripted sword tournament, where you can even participate as a judge! Whether you're a history buff or simply looking for a fun day out, the Skegness Medieval Tournament is an event not to be missed.

Church Farm Village, Skegness
Often described as a hidden gem of the East Coast, Church Farm Village gives a glimpse of agricultural life.
Experience life in a Victorian farmhouse, (built in 1760 making it the second oldest building in Skegness), explore the thatched 'mud and stud' farm labourer's cottage, marvel at Bob the traction engine, work out how everyday objects were made (and mended) in the various workshops, examine an amazing collection of world war 1 and 2 artefacts and memorabilia, get yourself photographed in the driving seat of a vintage tractor, have a picnic in the tranquil orchard or enjoy a nice cup of tea in The Village cafe.
