Wainfleet is a small market town with a Batemans pub in the market place and a few shops including a Co-op. Only five minutes’ walk from the house is Wainfleet’s railway station which is on the Skegness Nottingham line. The traditional seaside resort of Skegness with its sandy beaches, fairground, amusements and aquarium is 5 miles to drive or just a short train ride away. Shops 300 yards and pub 95 yards.
