Wreath Making Workshop

Dec 1
1st December 2022

There’s nothing like hanging a festive wreath full of beautifully scented seasonal foliage and berries to add a touch of Christmas magic to your front door.

From foraging to finessing, Burghley House's Wreath Making Workshop will take you through each step involved in creating a fabulous festive wreath. Held in Burghley’s magnificent Great Hall with its huge roaring fire, oak-panelling and double hammer-beam ceiling, it is the perfect way to get in to the festive spirit.

Your afternoon will begin exploring Burghley’s Gardens with Head Gardener, Joe Whitehead, and his team. With their expert guidance you’ll gather blooms, berries and natural foliage to incorporate into your design before returning to the Great Hall to start creating! There will be hot drinks and mince pies ready to warm you up too.
