Pretty hillside lanes link the lower road that joins the four ‘low villages’ of Horkstow, Saxby, Bonby and Worlaby. Several narrow lanes give access down to the ‘Carrs’ of the River Ancholme. (‘Carrs’ are wetlands dominated by shrubs rather than trees).
