This lovely detached cottage, set in the grounds of the owners’ thatched farmhouse, is a perfect touring base or ideal for simply sitting back, relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. Facilities include open plan ground floor accommodation, electric central heating, electricity and full fibre broadband.

The living room has a 40” TV, full Sky package, Fire tablet, bluetooth speaker and electric woodburner.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer, Tassimo coffee machine and washer dryer.

In the bedroom is a Kingsize bed complete with bed linen, 40” TV ,full Sky package, Roll Top bath and dressing table with hair dryer.

The shower room with shower cubicle, heated towel rail, toilet, basin, towels, dressing gowns and complimentary Pure Lakes toiletries.

Outside in the enclosed patio area is the hot tub, garden furniture and gas BBQ. There is also a bike store and private parking for 2 cars.
Wits End Cottage is close to Woodhall Spa and Horncastle, and is only 25 minutes into the city of Lincoln and about a 30-minute drive to Lincolnshire Coast. For days out by car, on foot or by bicycle, the Lincolnshire Wolds, which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is close by. From the doorstep are good walks and cycle routes, and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight for WWII enthusiasts is at Coningsby, just a 15-minute drive. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
