Designed to provide luxury, the properties provide everything you need from a dishwasher and washing machine, to spacious bedrooms and living spaces. A welcome basket is provided on arrival to get you started on your break.
Medlam Barns were converted to produce accommodation of utmost comfort and luxury. Three properties, sleeping 4, 6 and 8 people offer spacious living areas, bedrooms and private outdoor spaces each with private electric hot tub, pizza oven and BBQ. Guests also have the opportunity to fish at the properties’ private fishing pond.
Ideal for walkers, and for anyone interested in wildlife, there’s plenty to explore right on your doorstep, with each barn following a different natural theme. You might even catch a glimpse of a barn owl returning to the nearby nesting box after a night of hunting. The Lincolnshire Wolds, Lincolnshire coast and historic Boston are just a short drive away. The barns are close to Dyson Farming’s Carrington site which is the home of their strawberry production in the 26-acre glasshouse.

Butterfly is a cosy cottage that offers stunning pond and farmland views.
Spread across two floors, there’s plenty of space for a family break. Downstairs, bifold doors open the living room to your outdoor living space, which includes your own private hot tub. With two bedrooms upstairs, you’ll also find a king size room on the ground floor, with a walk in shower for ease of access. The bedrooms upstairs include a super king and king size beds.
Bumblebee
Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Bumblebee from your enclosed garden, which makes this cottage ideal for small children and dogs. Relax in your private hot tub and cook outdoors with the pizza oven and BBQ.
There’s space for all the family or for you and your friends with four bedrooms on offer. Downstairs you’ll find a super king bedroom, which can be split into two single beds. Upstairs, the super king master bedroom features a Juliet balcony, which overlooks the adjacent fields, and an en-suite bathroom. Two more king size bedrooms make up the first floor.
Ladybird
This two-bedroom cottage is all on the ground floor, making it ideal for smaller families and older guests. The master bedroom features a super king bed, which can be split to create a twin on request, with the second bedroom featuring a king size bed.
A breakfast bar in the open plan kitchen gives the perfect spot to enjoy your morning meal, or to enjoy each other’s company while you cook. The enclosed garden is ideal for groups with small children or dogs and features a private hot tub, pizza oven and BBQ.
