Once the hub of the working farm, the cottage retains many of its original features - think exposed beams, mismatched vintage furniture, and unexpected nooks that make every corner feel full of personality. The open-plan living space is warm and welcoming, with comfortable seating, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for cosy dinners in. The downstairs bathroom offers the perfect place to relax with a large bath and complimentary bath, shower and handwash provided. 

Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: both with king-size beds and designed to reflect the cottage’s playful charm while ensuring a restful night’s sleep. You'll find quirky beams in both bedrooms - mind your heads! 

Outside, a private garden and patio - perfect for morning coffee, alfresco lunches, or stargazing under big Lincolnshire skies. With plenty of walking trails nearby and the Lincolnshire Wolds, Stapleford Woods, and the coast within easy reach, it’s an ideal base for both exploring and relaxing.

Dog-friendly, full of character, and just a little bit different, Hunters Lodge offers a refreshing alternative to the ordinary.

The Forge Farm Shop & Tearoom is onsite and is a cosy and welcoming spot for the whole family. Enjoy the homemade cakes, freshly brewed coffee, and selection of teas among the rustic beams or outside in the patio area. With plenty of space to relax, outdoor seating, swings for the little ones, and a dog-friendly policy, The Forge offers a warm atmosphere and something tasty for everyone. The farm shop is proud to offer the very best fresh, locally produced food - straight from the Wray Farm fields to your fork.
