The Woodlands Cottages

The Woodlands Cottages offer dog-friendly, self-catering holiday cottages in Fotherby, near Louth, Lincolnshire. The four welcoming cottages each have two bedrooms and sleep up to four guests, catering for solo travellers, couples, families and groups of up to 16 people across all four cottages.

Each cottage has its own private enclosed garden, with a secure dog exercise paddock on site and alpaca experiences available to book.

Ideally placed for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds and coast, The Woodlands is just 12 miles from the nearest beach and offers convenient accommodation near Cadwell Park, only a short drive away. The nearest pub and restaurant is just 10 minutes away on foot, while Louth’s independent shops, cafés and restaurants are within easy reach.

Guests benefit from Wi-Fi, parking on site, fully equipped kitchens and access to a shared laundry room. An electric vehicle (EV) charger is available on site, with charging fees payable separately. Highchairs and travel cots can also be requested when booking.

Our picnic paddock and BBQ facilities provide a lovely space to relax, enjoy outdoor dining and spend time with family and friends.

Pied Wagtail Cottage features a wet room. Guests with specific mobility or accessibility requirements are welcome to contact us before booking to discuss the facilities and help them choose a suitable cottage.

The cottages can be booked individually or together, making them a convenient choice for family gatherings and holidays with friends, with everyone enjoying the privacy of their own accommodation.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Direct booking enquiries are welcome, and we are happy to discuss availability, group stays and individual requirements.
