English Wine Week Vineyard Tour & Tasting at South Ormsby Estate

Join South Ormsby Estate for a relaxed summer afternoon at their organic vineyard as they celebrate English Wine Week and their place on the East Midlands Wine Trail.

This informal open day is a chance to take a look behind the scenes, enjoy a guided wander through the vines, and hear the story of how the organic vineyard has come to life. The team at South Ormsby Estate will share what they have learnt so far, what they are growing, and the plans for the future as the vineyard develops.

Although most of the Estates own wines are not quite ready yet, they will have their first two organic wines to sample, alongside a selection of carefully chosen English wines made from some of the other grape varieties they are growing. It is a great opportunity to get an early-stage, behind the scenes sense of what the Estate is working towards. An authentic vineyard experience without the formality of a traditional wine tasting event.

This is very much a relaxed and informal experience, perfect for anyone curious about English wine, interested in vineyards, or simply looking for a lovely way to spend a summer afternoon.
