Creative Play for Adults, North Sea Observatory

Give yourself permission to play and express yourself fully through art and movement at November's Create Play workshop at the North Sea Observatory.

Connect to your inner playfulness and embrace your creativity using a combination of art-making, dance and meditation to embrace your inner child and remember how to play.

During the two-hour workshop, you'll be encouraged to embrace feeling silly and use art-making and free movement in complementary ways. The workshop will be conducted indoors at North Sea Observatory, as well as outdoors on the Chapel Point Beach, and include a 45-minute Dance Free session.
