The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe at Lincoln Castle

An exciting addition to the Vault at Lincoln Castle this summer, displaying the first edition copy of the nation's favourite The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. A book that has capitvated adueinces for the last 70 years, C.S.Lewis' first edition copy of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe is on display in the David P J Ross Magna Carta Vault at Lincoln Castle this summer, on loan from the British Library. Included in your Castle Day Ticket, you can see the magical story book, the second book in the Chronicles of Narnia series, alongside Lincoln's original copies of Magna Carta and the Charter of the Forest, as well as take a stroll along the Medieval Wall Walk to experience breathtaking views across the city of Lincoln, and visit the Victorian Prison.
