Join the Boultham Park community picnic, an event fit for a King, to celebrate King Charles III's Coronation this May. Bring your picnic hamper and blanket and enjoy an entire day of entertainment with your friends and family.
With entertainment for the entire family to enjoy this celebrating community event, organised by City of Lincoln Council and the Boultham Park Advisory Group, is the perfect way to spend a royal Sunday with friends and families. There will be Children’s fairground rides, a bouncy castle, live music and a DJ, face painting, as well as food stalls for you to enjoy.
Singer Cleopatra Ridgeway will perform swing / 'Rat Pack' style music to mark the occasion, and there will also be other live performances and vintage gramophone DJ Adam Wareham. The County Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Society (COADS) will also be giving visitors a sneak peek of their upcoming performance of School of Rock.
In addition, the Boultham Park Café will be open to the public during the event and children will have the opportunity to win a prize for the best-dressed King/Queen.
