Miller’s Wood Play Village is a calm, outdoor role-play village set within the Lincolnshire countryside, designed for children aged 1–6+ years. The village offers a gentle, imaginative space where children can explore, pretend and play at their own pace.
Made up of thoughtfully designed, child-sized spaces, Miller’s Wood encourages purposeful, open-ended play inspired by everyday life. Children can visit the Farm Shop, help Peggy with the laundry, explore the Rangers and School, bake “bread” in Dustie’s Bakery, or enjoy afternoon tea in the Tearoom, with many more areas to discover.
Alongside play, families can relax in a cosy space to enjoy delicious homemade food, making Miller’s Wood a place to slow down, spend time together and enjoy the outdoors.
Miller’s Wood Play Village is open from April to December, Thursday to Sunday, and throughout all school holidays.
Weekday group bookings are available, along with children’s birthday parties and private hire.

The play sessions are pre-bookable online and run at set times throughout the day with a fixed duration. There are a pre-defined number of spaces available at each session so all your little ones can enjoy what Miller’s wood Play Village has to offer. The site closes close for a small amount of time in between each session to reset the areas and clean so that you would never know anyone has been. It is advised that you book online, to avoid disappointment.
The site is currently open weekends and school holidays only.
