A family run business who have been based in the small market town of Horncastle for nearly 50 years and have been baking in the county for well over a 100 years. They are a small team of passionate individuals who love to craft new and exciting recipes as well as traditional fine baked goods in their bakery.
Situated immediately next door to the bakery, you'll find Myers cafe breakfast, brunch lunch, afternoon teas and freshly ground coffee.
On the other side of the bakery sits Myers Deli offering a large selection of cheeses sourced both locally and nationally, together with a wonderful selection of accompaniments and a variety of the finest olives.
HOME OF THE LINCOLNSHIRE PLUM LOAF
In 1901, Charles Myers baked his very first batch of Lincolnshire plum loaves. Since that day four generations of the Myers family have continued the tradition with the same recipe.
This moist and fruity loaf with a unique taste all of its own has become popular with people all over the country, winning a 'Gold' in the Great Taste Awards.
All of their plum loaves are handmade by a small team of craft bakers to the original recipe from 1901. Only the finest quality ingredients available are used, from the succulent sultanas to the flour which is milled in Essex by an established family run business.
