The Fuel Tank is situated in the center of the Engine Yard retail Village surrounded by several independent and unique stores. The building itself was once a derelict workshop used by specialist tradesmen during the construction of the present Belvoir Castle in the early 1800s.
There are 4 distinct areas to the Fuel Tank; Firstly, The Outdoor Kitchen and Pizzeria which offers Authentic Hand stretched Wood Fired Pizza, Burgers, Fish & Chips, salads and Sandwiches. Along with its breakfast menu and Bar. Secondly the Café on the first floor Offers Tea, Coffee and cake, the breakfast and lunch menu are also available in the café. The third area is the Brasserie, offering a fine dining experience with stunning views of the vale of Belvoir. Finally, The Balloon Bar, below the café on the Basement level, offering a wide selection of Alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
