The Lawn menus are carefully crafted, and Stokes like to make their food from scratch wherever they can. Working with local suppliers, using fresh ingredients, and making the most of everything – because waste isn’t part of the Stokes recipe.

The 60-seater restaurant at the Stokes Lawn Coffee & Kitchen located in the Lawn, Lincoln, has been refurbished in the most eco-friendly way. With the help of the finest crafts people in the area, they have carefully restored, reused and up cycled a multitude of items found at the site.
They re-upholstered the sofas and chairs with their coffee sacks, uplifted and relaid the original floorboards from the main dance hall which is now The Blue Room, and even took the old theatre spotlights and re-designed them.
On the menu, you'll find a great selection of delicious dishes and sweet treats made with the finest, locally sourced produce. Enjoy traditional breakfasts, elegant light bites, afternoon teas (subject to availability), seasonal specials and hearty main meals. All dishes are served with Stokes famous fine teas and freshly roasted coffees.
