Stables Cottage is a beautifully converted, step-free Grade II listed barn in the heart of Lincolnshire — an ideal retreat for families and friends.

Rich in character, the cottage retains many original features, including exposed beams, while offering spacious and stylish accommodation throughout. There are three large bedrooms, each with its own TV. The master bedroom features a super king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. A second super king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom (zip-and-link beds) share a contemporary wet-room shower with a fixed rainfall shower head.

The generous open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is perfect for relaxing and socialising, complete with a cosy pedestal wood burner, wall-mounted TV and a modern, fully fitted kitchen. The flexible bedroom layout allows the cottage to be configured as three king-size rooms, three twin rooms, or a combination of both.

Stables Cottage benefits from a wide entrance door and level access throughout, making it fully step free. Outside, guests can enjoy a private seating area with a large dining table and chairs, positioned next to the hot tub — ideal for outdoor dining and unwinding.

Guests also have access to a children’s play area, alongside a group dining lodge equipped with BBQs and a pizza oven, perfect for social gatherings and relaxed outdoor meals. In addition, over 18 acres of grass paddocks and nature walks are available for guests to explore and enjoy the surrounding countryside. A traditional village pub is within easy walking distance, adding further convenience and local charm.
