Katie’s Corner is the largest and most spacious, family and pet friendly, self-catering holiday cottage at Greetham Retreat. It exudes charm and luxury with its oak floors, leather sofas and has 3 bedrooms, offering lovey views from its windows.
The stunning Lincolnshire Wolds and surrounding rural countryside is the setting for Greetham Retreat and Katie’s Corner which sleeps 6 guests, however we do have some other holiday cottages that can also be booked.
With ample parking and 4 acres of beautifully kept natural parkland grounds to relax in, it is the place for the perfect 'Get away from it all' break.

This 3 bedroom self-catering holiday cottage offers spacious open plan family living for 6 people, it is decorated in a fresh and modern style, furnished with quality leather sofas, HD TV, oak dining table and chairs, with a modern fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including a dishwasher.
The bedrooms will all offer you a restful night’s sleep with quality pocket sprung beds. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and WC. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a zip & link super-king double bed or this can be set up with twin single beds if required. The upstairs bedrooms both have direct access to a ‘Jack & Jill’ bathroom with bath, separate shower, and WC.
Private off-road parking is also situated right outside this cottage. It also has its own outdoor patio area with table and chairs.
Katie’s Corner is also pet friendly, we welcome up to three well behaved dogs or other pets.
The 4 acres of private grounds have wildflower meadows, woodland and a wildlife pond with mown grass pathways and several seating areas for your use and relaxation. The grounds are a haven for local wildlife.
