Snowdrops at Bardney Manor Walled Gardens
Bardney
Discover the beautiful Grade II listed Walled Gardens at Bardney Manor as it opens its gates for visitors to explore and enjoy for the first time in 50 years.
The lovingly restored and renovated Bardney Manor Walled Gardens are hosting an opening event this February, inviting new visitors to marvel at Lincolnshire's best kept secret garden and enjoy the blankets of snowdrops within the grounds.
Situated in Bardney, just 11 miles from the historical city of Lincoln, and a stone's throw from Wolds Market Town Horncastle. Barney Manor is the former home of Lord William Willoughby and Lord John Sutton Sharpe. The historical gardens were the trial grounds for Sharpe and Sutton Seeds in the 18th Century and were once named one of the Largest Walled Gardens in England in the 18th Century.
