Each high-quality cottage includes unique touches, from furniture made in-house to floor-to-ceiling windows which offer views across the farmland next door. This former grain store has been converted to produce four luxury cottages, each with an open layout and spacious bedrooms. With peaceful outdoor areas, the cottages here are perfect for quiet getaways and breaks with friends.
The properties can be booked together to accommodate larger groups, from family get-togethers to breaks with friends. They’re also dog-friendly, so there’s no need to leave your canine companion behind. Tailored walking routes help you to explore the area and experience the stunning Lincolnshire countryside. Around the barns is an area of countryside stewardship, which means you’ll see plenty of wildlife activity during your stay. A nearby area of agroforestry has inspired the names of the properties, Pearmain, Pippin, Pomeroy and Peasgood.
On the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, enjoy a change of scenery with rolling hills and country villages. The Lincolnshire coast is a short drive away, offering scenic walks along the beach.

The bedrooms are split across two floors, giving you plenty of space for all the family. There is also a bathroom on each floor.
