The Houblon Arms is a delightful stone built coaching house in the Lincolnshire village of Oasby. The original building dates from 1650 and has undergone an extensive and sympathetic renovation. There are real fires, cosy seating, stripped stone walls and beams; a genuine English hostelry and a truly luxurious and relaxing space. Four beautiful hotel rooms with bespoke stunning solid oak four poster beds, a super king size suite, high quality linens and private hot tubs that make for a luxurious and romantic break.
Serving delicious wines, ales and quality locally sourced Lincolnshire food
The Houblon Arms restaurant provides a beautiful dining room with the focus on ‘fine food and hospitality’, with high service standards befitting of the high quality locally sourced food. Being part of the original building, the restaurant features exposed stone work, classical oil paintings and two fires to keep you and your guests warm on those colder winter evenings. Great food is their passion, and their menu reflects this with local seasonal produce. Whether you fancy a full English breakfast, lunchtime burger and a pint, a three course evening meal with friends and family or a great Sunday lunch, you’ll find it at The Houblon Arms.
The Houblon Arms isn’t just about fantastic food, they also have a wonderful bar selection. From cask ales and premium lagers, flavoured gins and vodkas, a wide selection of wines and champagnes to cocktails they have got your tipple covered. If you are ever stuck for choice then staff are always on hand to help. The Houblon Arms Bar has an incredible solid granite wall and has bar seating, stools and poseur tables for those casual chats. Move in to the lounge area and you’ll find low beams and comfy sofas with an open fire to sink into after a long day at work.
