Lincoln 1940s Weekend: What to expect
Lincoln will be full of atmosphere and tastefully decorated with our patriotic bunting for their biggest 1940s celebration yet.
A range of exciting events located all around Lincoln is due to take place, such as live 1940s music and dance, food and drink in the local businesses, craft markets, classic vehicle displays, family activities and pop-up street theatre, vintage Fairground (including a carousel and children’s swing boats!), and traditional games.
Not forgetting a special appearance from the iconic Winston Churchill - brilliantly portrayed by Derek Herbert, and the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Flypast.
