White Oak Cottage

White Oak Cottage is a 2 bedroom luxury holiday cottage, set in the stunning Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB). It has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a hot tub, wood burner, EV charger and is pet friendly. It is ideally situated in the Wolds, only 15 miles from the coast, 25 miles from the historic city of Lincoln. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all.

The Cottage has one king size bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room, and a second twin bedroom with ensuite shower. There is a large living dining room with wood burner and smart TV, a second smaller living area with TV , and a well equipped kitchen (including 2 ovens and an induction hob). The cottage also has an EV charger (charged based on usage).

The cottage is set in 3 1/2 acres of grounds with views up the Lincolnshire Wolds, and is regularly visited by the local wildlife, so keep an eye out for fox, badger and deer. Situated close to Horncastle and Spilsby, there are many spots to explore and its a great place for walking and cycling, with the local village pub a 20 minute stroll away.
