LET THE CREATIVITY FLOW

Catkin Flowers offers two key programs that intertwine nature with personal well-being and creativity:

WELLBEING IN NATURE

restore & renew

This initiative focuses on enhancing well-being through nature-connectedness. It includes one-on-one nature therapy and Reiki treatments for individuals feeling anxious or at a crossroads, as well as workshops and retreats designed to deepen participants' relationships with nature and the seasons.

FOR THE FLOWER LOVERS

botanical creativity

Aimed at flower enthusiasts, this program offers workshops that encourage creative expression through nature. Participants can learn skills such as growing cut flowers and creating seasonal wreaths, fostering a deeper connection to the landscape and the changing seasons.

Catkin Flowers offers other inspiring seasonal and creative experiences led by Dr. Rachel Petheram.

  • Professional Development: A Floral Pathway is an eight-month, bespoke mentorship for those seeking to align their work with nature and creativity.

  • Creative Collaborations: Hands-on workshops like the Wreath Pendant Workshop blend floristry with crafts such as jewellery-making, in partnership with local artisans.

  • Wheel of the Year: Seasonal workshops mark the eight Celtic festivals, offering reflection, creativity, and connection with nature’s cycles.

All of these experiences are set in the tranquil walled garden of Doddington Hall.
