An uplifting morning celebratory winter solstice dance moving freely surrounded by the nature of Skellingthorpe Woods.
Connect to the rhythms, each other and nature through movement and dance at the Winter Solstice Dance Free session this December. Taking place at Skellingthorpe Woods, just outside of Lincoln to a wonderful dancing spot in the woodland.
The Dance Free session will start with a 10-minute walk to the secret dance spot, before taking part in guided movement meditation over gentle music for 5 minutes. You'll then have an hour to free your body and soul on a musical journey with waves of different rhythms. Move as much or little as you like, however you feel.
